Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order will already be in processing or prepared for dispatch and cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our products.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you. If applicable you may request a return. All return requests must be submitted within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrec
Refunds can not be issued if:
- The incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout
- Failure to collect or accept delivery of the order
- The item shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse after delivery
- The return request is made outside the stated return window
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
Refund requests for undelivered orders must be submitted within 15 days after the maximum delivery window (45 days) has passed.
